Homemade Bread Recipe Easy
We decided to share more recipes at work and take turns making our favorite dishes if we had time. Anna has shared some dessert recipes that are up on the blog and this is Sarah’s first recipe for more savory tastes.
How To Make Keto Bread
Ingredients:
Refrigerated
- 6 Eggs, large
- 1/4 Cup Butter
Baking & Spices
- 1 1/2 cup Almond flour, finely ground
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
Instructions:
- Separate yolk from egg whites and put in bowls
- Add Cream of Tartar to egg whites and whip until frothy and peaks form
- Add almond flour, melted butter and baking powder to egg yolks and mix
- Fold Egg white mix into flour and egg yolk mix
- Pour into lined or oiled pan
- Bake at 375* for 30 minutes
And Finished. We made sandwiches with avocado and meat but you can toast and put butter and any spread overtop for a delicious snack or breakfast.
As i talked about earlier, you can make this a cinnamon and sugar bread, or rosemary. Make sandwiches or serve with soups as well. We toast this in the mornings and put butter and jam on it.
