We finally got in the Best Washable Rugs! I have been so excited to bring these in and people are really loving them. These are Dash and Albert rugs and they are amazing. We carry a nice selection in the store and are starting to stock them online as well. Living Room Rugs
We can order in any rug you would like. Which is great when you are wanting the perfect size, look and material for your home. Online we don’t have all of the rugs we could order listed. So if you are wanting to look at all of the prints we offer in the material you would like, send me an email at rhonda@hallstromhome.com. I almost forgot the best part of the rugs..they are washable!! Yes you heard that right. I have heard feedback from customers and they have been saying they wash up so well. Some you can throw in the wash and others you can just hose off and the water doesn’t sit in the fabric. The water just runs right through them bringing the dirt with.
Washable Rug Materials
One customer even put her 5×8 in her wash and she said it cleaned great! If you order a larger size I would recommend taking it to the laundry mat to use their huge washers. Below are most of the fabrics we can order in. Each one having different, amazing benefits. Message me for more details if you want to learn more or place a custom order!
PVC- It is soft, reversible and light weight. It is also bleachable which is amazing and scrubbable!
Viscose- These are great for low traffic areas. They have very fine details and have a silky sheen to them.
Wool- Wool is very durable and soft. Very great for stain and water repellency. The wool rugs are good for high traffic areas.
Sisal- These rugs are very earthy and made from natural fibers. They are super durable and great for animals.
Polyester- Amazing for high traffic areas. The great thing about the polyester is it’s fade resistant.
Jute- Durable and made from natural grasses. Good for high traffic areas.
Polypropylene- Super pet friendly and very durable. Great for sunny and high traffic areas, like kitchens, laundry rooms, and outdoor spaces.
Cotton- Easy to clean and light weight. These are a low profile rug.

Most all of the rugs can be custom fit to your space!
Do Dash and Albert rugs have an anti grip backing?
Yes! Not all of the rugs but some of the indoor rug lines do. Most of the indoor/outdoor rugs do not. But if you are using those ones indoors we sell grip rug pads.
