We have recently launched Free People in our store and online. We have a large variety that I think many of you would love. I figured I would share my Favorite Free People Pieces-Hallstrom Home. We decided to go with Free People in our store because we know so many of you know and love the brand so much.
Story of Free People
My personal favorite is the Spring Refresh Vacation shirt. It adds a pop of color to my wardrobe! If you know Free People you know that the high roller line is so popular. We carry this in the jumpsuit and shortalls. Another reason I wanted Free People in the store was because I know many are like me and don’t feel like traveling too far to go to the nearest Free People store. So many ladies in the area are excited to just pop in my store and find just what they’re looking for as well as support small business as well.
Free People began its journey in 1970, in a West Philadelphia storefront, offering plants and records, along with a few pieces of clothing. Though the name was changed to Urban Outfitters just a year later, Free People was revived as the company’s wholesale label in 1984. And it hasn’t looked back since.
The eclectic assortment quickly assembled behind it a fiercely loyal fan base, and this fueled the opening of FP’s first brick-and-mortar store in Paramus, NJ in 2002, along with the birth of freepeople.com in 2004, and the first mail-order catalog, which arrived in homes during the summer of 2005.
Free People Fashion
The U Neck Tank Top has already been so popular. It is a lightweight tank top that starts at a great price point. Many people love this one for layering. I think my other favorite is the Robyn Cardi. It’s so soft and the little tie detail is amazing. We did order this in another color as well, so that should be here soon.
The Love Letter Cami..so amazing. Soft, stretchy and the print is cute! This is Josies favorite piece I think it will be a Summer staple for her. We carry lots of colors too! More jumpsuits of course! This is the Forever Always jumpsuit. I love the ruching detail and this is a piece you can dress up or down depending on your plans. Be sure to check out everything we have under the Free People collection. Because we have a lot more that isn’t in this post. But make sure to check out our Instagram because that will show when we get more Free People in. Take a look at last weeks blog post on a Simple Tablescape.
