Unicorn Lemonade with Marionberry Portland Syrup
This vibrant lemonade has everything from rainbow sparkles to purple ice cubes, and was created with kiddos in mind. If you really want to get playful, use ice molds with fun shapes for an added element of fun.
Unicorn Lemonade
INGREDIENTS
3 oz of Marionberry Syrup
2 cups of water
Strawberry Lemonade
Rainbow decorating sugar/sprinkles
Ice cube tray
DIRECTIONS
Pour the water into a measuring cup and add the Portland Syrups Marionberry flavor. Stir to combine, then pour the blend into an ice cube tray and let freeze.
Rim a tall glass with lemon, then coat the rim in rainbow sugar sprinkles.
Fill the glass with Marionberry ice cubes, top with strawberry lemonade and add a fun straw to finish.
Non Alcoholic Marionberry Summer Drink
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of 7 UP
3 oz Marionberry Syrup
Add to sugar crusted glass.

Dip top edge of glass in one cut lemon then dip into sugar or sprinkles
You can also use pancake syrup instead of lemon
SPICY MANGO SLUSH by Portland Syrups
This refreshing summer slush combines the sweet heat of our Mango Habanero syrup with frozen pineapple and mango chunks. Skip the straw for an extra kick when you drink directly from the Tajin-coated rim.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz of Mango Habanero Syrup
1 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 cups frozen mango
.5 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup coconut water
1 cup of ice
Tajin
DIRECTIONS
Combine the syrup, lime juice, pineapple, mango, ¼ coconut water and ice in a blender, then pulse until smooth. Add more coconut water until you reach your desired consistency.
Use a slice of fresh lime to rim the edge of a tall glass, then coat it with Tajin.
Pour the slushie mix into the glass and enjoy!
Strawberry-Basil Sour
Sweet yet herbaceous, cocktail Portland syrups drink recipe is the quintessential flavor of summer strawberries with garden-fresh basil. Our version features aquafaba (chickpea water), for a frothy, vegan sour that’s easy to sip on warm summer nights.
INGREDIENTS
1 oz of our Strawberry Lemon Lime Syrup
1 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz aquafaba
A bunch of basil
Black lemon bitters
DIRECTIONS
In a shaker with ice, combine gin, Strawberry Lemon-Lime syrup, lemon juice, a handful of basil leaves and aquafaba. Shake until frothy.
Rim a coupe glass with a basil leaf, then strain the mixture into the glass.
Top with sparkling water, add a few dashes of bitters, then garnish with a basil leaf.
GRAPEFRUIT-HIBISCUS FIZZ MOCKTAIL
This mocktail packs a pop! The whole botanicals of our Hibiscus-Cardamom syrup from Portland syrups pairs wonderfully with the tang of ruby red grapefruit in this low-sugar thirst quencher. And if you want to spike your punch, we suggest a clear spirit like vodka, gin or tequila.

INGREDIENTS
1 oz of our Hibiscus-Cardamom Syrup
1/2 cup of ruby red grapefruit juice (unsweetened)
Chilled sparkling water
A ruby red grapefruit, sliced into cross section
DIRECTIONS
In a tall glass with ice, add our Hibiscus-Cardamom syrup, the ruby red grapefruit juice and a few ounces of sparkling water.
Stir to combine, then add a grapefruit cross section for an extra pop of color.
COCONUT CREAM RUM & COLA
This cocktail is the perfect weekend companion as we enter the final days of warm weather. With creamy notes of vanilla, caramel and whole spices, the flavors of our True Cola syrup blend nicely with rum and coconut in this refreshing beverage.
Easy PREP: 2 MIN // YIELD: 1 COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
| 1 oz of our True Cola Syrup
| 1 Tbsp coconut cream
| 1 oz coconut milk
| 1 oz dark rum
| 1/2 oz lime juice
| 2 oz Sparkling water
DIRECTIONS
| In a shaker with ice, combine our True Cola syrup with the rum, lime juice, coconut milk and coconut cream.
| Shake well until the coconut cream is fully blended, then add sparkling water to the shaker and strain the mixture into a tall glass with ice (do not shake the sparkling water once it’s added).
| Finish the drink with a fresh lime wheel and a straw, then enjoy!
NOGRONI MOCKTAIL
An ode to cooler weather and cozier nights, the Nogroni mocktail is the companion you’ll want this fall. Created by Seattle-based bartender at A Fish In Seattle this smooth sipper features the toasted notes of our Hibiscus-Cardamom syrup, along with other spirit-free additions from fellow Pacific Northwest-based brands.

| .75 oz of our Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
| 1.25 oz of Wilderton ‘Lustre’
| 1 oz of The Pathfinder Hemp & Root

| Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with ice, then add our Hibiscus-Cardamom syrup, the Lustre, and Pathfinder.
| Stir, then strain the mixture over a large rock in a lowball glass.

We crafted a cocktail to help you welcome fall with open arms. Meet the Dusky Rose, a beverage that looks high-brow but is actually super simple to make. Enjoy the smokiness of Chartreuse and subtle floral notes from our Rose cordial syrup while you get cozy next to the fire.

.5 oz of our Rose Cardinal Syrup
1.5 oz of Yellow Chartreuse scotch
A splash of sparkling water
Lemon twist to garnish

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine our Rose Cordial syrup, the lemon juice, and yellow chartreuse.
Shake well, then strain into a coupe glass.

SPARKLING MARIONBERRY AMERICANO
Created by Minneapolis-based barista Daneille Petersen this coffee-based beverage is the perfect way to wake up on a sunny morning. We love how the sweet and punchy flavors of our Marionberry syrup blend with smooth coffee notes for a drink that’s refreshing and lower-sugar than most flavored coffee beverages.

INGREDIENTS
1.25 oz of our Marionberry Syrup
.25 oz lemon juice
Sparkling water
Double shot of espresso
A lemon slice to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Fill a collins glass with ice, then add our Marionberry syrup, the lemon juice, and sparkling water (leaving two inches at the top).
Stir, then add the espresso by pouring it over the back of a spoon into the glass (some foaming is normal).
Garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy!
PASSIONFRUIT-JASMINE REFRESHER
Jasmine tea-infused vodka meets the tang of our Citrus-Passion syrup in this botanical cocktail. We promise this recipe will become one of your go-tos because it’s easy to make and even easier to drink.
PREP: 12 MIN // YIELD: 1 COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
1 oz of our Citrus Passion
1 Jasmine tea sachet
2 oz of vodka
1 oz of lime juice
Our Aromatic Bitters
Sparkling water
Optional tropical leaves and flowers to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Steep the Jasmine tea sachet in the vodka for at least 10 minutes, then squeeze and remove.
In a shaker with ice, add the jasmine tea-infused vodka, our Citrus-Passion syrup and lime juice.
Shake well, then pour over a short glass with crushed ice.
Add a splash of sparkling water and our Aromatic Bitters to taste.
Garnish with a tropical leaf and flowers for added flare
MOJITO WHITE WINE SPRITZER
The Dog Days of Summer have met their match in this Mojito White Wine Spritzer. The real-fruit juices and fragrant botanicals in our Mojito syrup are the perfect complement to dry white wine, high temps and sunny afternoons.

1 oz of our Mojito Syrup
3/4 cup of chilled, dry white wine (pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc)
Sparkling water
1 oz of fresh lime juice

In a wine glass with crushed ice, add the white wine, our Mojito syrup, fresh lime juice, and a few fresh lime wheels.
Top with sparkling water, stir, and enjoy!
