Healthy Popsicle Recipe

This is one of those healthy popsicle recipes but it really does taste delicious. It’s a nice sweet treat and the grandkids absolutely love them too! You can use honey as a natural sweetener or sugar as well. Whatever you prefer, works! We got a fun little de stemmer on Amazon which I will link below. It makes prepping so quick!

Easy strawberry coconut popsicle recipe. So refreshing for a summer treat.

Ingredients

  

• 1 Cup Pureed Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
• 1 Can Coconut Milk
• 1/4 Cup Honey or Sugar
• 1 Tbsp Vanilla Bean Paste
• 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions

 

• Pour all ingredients into a blender.
• Blend until smooth
• Pour into silicone molds
• Freeze overnight and enjoy

Strawberry Coconut Popsicle

They are so easy to make, you just blend all of the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Then you pour into your silicone popsicle molds. That’s it! How fun is that? It would be a fun activity for summer break when the kids are stuck at home bored!
