Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup+2Tbs Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 3 Mashed Bananas

Crumble Topping

  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp Butter Cold

Banana Bread Mixing Instructions

  • Turn oven to 325 degrees
  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together in one bowl.
  • In another bowl mix egg, sugar, and oil together.
  • Add the dry to the wet ingredients
  • Mix in the banana, milk, and vanilla.
  • Put in loaf pan and bake 50-75 minutes.

Crumble Topping Instructions

  • Put brown sugar, flour, cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Cut in your cold butter and mix until crumble forms.
  • In the last 20 minutes of baking put that on your banana loaf.

Notes

How to check when banana bread is done: You want the edges to be slightly pulling from the side and put a toothpick in and no batter is on it.
