- 1 cup butter softened
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 2-3/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking power
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Cinnamon and Sugar Mixture
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Set oven to 400
Combine butter, sugar, and egg; beat well.
Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating until well combined.
Chill. 20ish minutes.
While dough is chilling mix 2 tablespoons sugar to 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
Form dough into 1 inch balls and roll in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Put on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Smush down cookies then put in oven.
Cooks for 8 to 10 minutes.
