Stabilized Whipped Cream

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl Chilled
  • Stand mixer or electric stand mixer
  • Whisk attachment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (8 oz. block) full fat cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 cup heavy cream or heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Bean paste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into bowl and mix until soft peaks form scraping down side of bowl as you go
